Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value:

  • Standard Shipping Fee:

    • ₨ 500.00 for orders below ₨ 50,000.00

  • Free Shipping:

    • Applies automatically to all orders of ₨ 50,000.00 or above

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days after processing.

  • Remote areas may experience slight delays. Tracking details will be emailed upon shipment.

4. Important Notes

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (₨).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned/exchanged items (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Duties/taxes are included in product prices; no additional charges at delivery.
